2RESOLVED, That House Rule 56 be amended to read:

4Adjourn

5A motion to adjourn or recess is debatable, cannot be amended
6and is always in order, except:

7(1) when another member has the floor; or

8(2) when the House is voting.

9In stating the question on the motion, the Speaker shall state
10that the purpose of the adjournment or recess is for a distinct
11work period when applicable.
