1Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, in hunting and furtaking licenses, further
3providing for authorized license-issuing agents.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 2722(b) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

8§ 2722. Authorized license-issuing agents.

10(b) Agents for issuing antlerless deer licenses.--Antlerless
11deer licenses shall be issued [by the county treasurer or, in
12home rule or optional plan counties, the person whose duties
13encompass those of a county treasurer within the county in which
14the licenses are valid.] only by the commission or by authorized 
15license-issuing agents designated by the director and shall be 
16available through the Pennsylvania Automated Licensing System.

18Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
