1Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, in registration of vehicles, further providing for
3issuance of registration card.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 1308(a) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

8§ 1308. Issuance of registration card.

9(a) General rule.--The department, upon registering a
10vehicle, shall issue to the registrant a registration card which
11shall contain the registration number assigned to the vehicle,
12the name and address of the registrant and the name of the
13owner, if other than the registrant, a description of the
14vehicle including the make, model, year and vehicle
15identification number, the expiration date and such other
16information as may be determined by the department.
