AN ACT
1Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the offense of
3dealing in infant children.
4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:
6Section 1. Section 4305 of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8§ 4305. Dealing in infant children.
9A person is guilty of a [misdemeanor] felony of the first
10degree if he deals in humanity, by trading, bartering, buying,
11selling, or dealing in infant children.
12Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
