1Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, in special licenses and permits, further providing
3for authority to issue permits.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 2901 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:

8§ 2901. Authority to issue permits.

10(b.1) Deer management.--Publicly owned lands within this
11Commonwealth are not eligible for inclusion in any Deer
12Management Assistance Program area.

14Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
