AN ACT

Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated

Statutes, further providing for automated red light

enforcement systems in first class cities.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5
hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Section 3116 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:

§ 3116. Automated red light enforcement systems in first class
9
cities.

(p.1) Applicability.--This section shall not apply to a bus
12
as defined under section 102 (relating to definitions).
