| AN ACT |

1 | Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated |
2 | Statutes, in gaming, further providing for general and |
3 | specific powers of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Section 1202(b) of Title 4 of the Pennsylvania |
7 | Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read: |
8 | § 1202. General and specific powers. |

10 | (b) Specific powers.--The board shall have the specific |
11 | power and duty: |

13 | (31.1) To post on the board's Internet website a |
14 | description of all requests for access to records under the |
15 | act of February 14, 2008 (P.L.6, No.3), known as the Right- |
16 | to-Know Law, including the total number of record requests, |
17 | the number of requests approved, the number of requests |

1 | denied and the number and outcome of appeals from denials of |
2 | access to records. |
