| AN ACT |

1 | Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated |
2 | Statutes, further providing for members of the Pennsylvania |
3 | Gaming Control Board. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Section 1201(b)(1) of Title 4 of the Pennsylvania |
7 | Consolidated Statutes is amended to read: |
8 | § 1201. Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board established. |

10 | (b) Membership.--The board shall consist of the following |
11 | members: |
12 | (1) Three members appointed by the Governor, at least |
13 | one of whom possesses a minimum of ten years' Federal or |
14 | state law enforcement employment experience and at least one |
15 | of whom possesses a minimum of ten years' private business or |
16 | finance employment experience. |

1 | Section 2. The amendment of 4 Pa.C.S. § 1201(b)(1) shall |
2 | apply to members appointed on or after the effective date of |
3 | this section. |
4 | Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
