AN ACT

Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the

Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for

powers and duties of the Juvenile Court Judges' Commission.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  Section 6373(4) of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania

Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

§ 6373.  Powers and duties.

The commission shall have the power and is required to do the

following:

(4)  Collect[, compile and publish such] and analyze 

statistical trends, evidence-based programs and practices and

other data as may be [needed to accomplish] necessary to

ensure reasonable and efficient administration of the

juvenile [courts] court system, to make recommendations to

judges, the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts and

other appropriate entities and to post on the commission's

Internet website appropriate information.

Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
