| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania |
2 | Consolidated Statutes, further providing for burial details |
3 | for veterans. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Section 705(a) of Title 51 of the Pennsylvania |
7 | Consolidated Statutes is amended to read: |
8 | § 705. Burial details for veterans. |
9 | (a) Authority.--The department shall have the power to |
10 | arrange for burial details for veteran soldiers who are to be |
11 | interred [in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery and the |
12 | National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.] at any of the following |
13 | national cemeteries: |
14 | (1) Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. |
15 | (2) National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. |
16 | (3) Washington Crossing National Cemetery. |
