Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in protection of property and persons, further
providing for target shooting debris.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 2507 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
§ 2507. Restrictions on shooting.

(b.1) Target shooting debris.--No individual who shoots at
targets, including, but not limited to, clay birds, sporting
clays, trap, skeet or other targets, shall permit any debris
from any target shot by the individual to fall or scatter
outside the bounds of the owned, rented or leased property being
utilized for the target shooting onto the property of another

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
