| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Directing the Secretary of the Budget to reduce all State |
2 | appropriations by 10% for fiscal year July 1, 2011, through |
3 | June 30, 2012. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Duty of Secretary of the Budget. |
7 | The Secretary of the Budget shall withhold 10% of all State |
8 | appropriations for fiscal year July 1, 2011, through June 30, |
9 | 2012. |
10 | Section 2. Effective date. |
11 | This act shall take effect immediately. |
