| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Making an appropriation to the Trustees of the University of |
2 | Pennsylvania. |
3 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
4 | hereby enacts as follows: |
5 | Section 1. The sum of $113,000 is hereby appropriated to the |
6 | Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania for the fiscal year |
7 | July 1, 2010, to June 30, 2011, for the general maintenance of |
8 | the University of Pennsylvania Museum and the purchase of such |
9 | apparatus and equipment as the trustees may deem necessary for |
10 | the best interest of the University of Pennsylvania Museum. |
11 | Section 2. (a) Payments to the University of Pennsylvania |
12 | Museum on account of the appropriation provided in section 1 |
13 | shall be made quarterly by the Executive Director of the |
14 | Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission. |
15 | (b) The Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania shall |
16 | provide full, complete and accurate information as may be |
17 | required by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission or |
18 | the chairman or the minority chairman of the Appropriations |

1 | Committee of the Senate or the chairman or the minority chairman |
2 | of the Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives. |
3 | Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010, or |
4 | immediately, whichever is later. |
