| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated |
2 | Statutes, in protection of property and persons, further |
3 | providing for target shooting debris. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Section 2507 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania |
7 | Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read: |
8 | § 2507. Restrictions on shooting. |

10 | (b.1) Target shooting debris.-- |
11 | (1) An individual who shoots targets such as clay birds, |
12 | sporting clays, trap, skeet or other targets shall ensure |
13 | that any debris scattered from the target shooting shall stay |
14 | within the bounds of the owned, rented or leased property |
15 | being utilized for the shoots. |
16 | (2) (i) An individual who causes debris to fall or |
17 | scatter on another individual's property is guilty of a |
18 | summary offense of the fourth degree. |

1 | (ii) An individual who causes debris to fall or |
2 | scatter on an agricultural business or commercial farm |
3 | operation is guilty of a summary offense of the fourth |
4 | degree. |
