| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Making an appropriation to the Mercer Museum in Doylestown, |
2 | Pennsylvania, for operating expenses. |
3 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
4 | hereby enacts as follows: |
5 | Section 1. The sum of $174,000 $87,000 is hereby | <-- |
6 | appropriated to the Mercer Museum in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, |
7 | for the fiscal year July 1, 2009, to June 30, 2010, for |
8 | operating expenses, including maintenance and the purchase of |
9 | apparatus, supplies and equipment. |
10 | Section 2. Payments to the Mercer Museum on account of the |
11 | appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made quarterly by |
12 | the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum |
13 | Commission. |
14 | Section 3. The Mercer Museum shall provide full, complete |
15 | and accurate information as may be required by the Pennsylvania |
16 | Historical and Museum Commission or the chairman or the minority |
17 | chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate or the |
18 | chairman or the minority chairman of the Appropriations |

1 | Committee of the House of Representatives. |
2 | Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009, or | <-- |
