| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Making an appropriation to the Franklin Institute Science Museum |
2 | for maintenance expenses. |
3 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
4 | hereby enacts as follows: |
5 | Section 1. The sum of $683,000 $342,000 is hereby | <-- |
6 | appropriated to the Franklin Institute Science Museum, |
7 | Philadelphia, for the fiscal year July 1, 2009, to June 30, |
8 | 2010, for the maintenance of the institute. No part of this |
9 | appropriation shall be used in support of the institute's |
10 | research laboratories. |
11 | Section 2. Payments to the Franklin Institute Science Museum |
12 | on account of the appropriation provided in section 1 shall be |
13 | made quarterly by the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania |
14 | Historical and Museum Commission. |
15 | Section 3. The Franklin Institute Science Museum shall |
16 | provide full, complete and accurate information as may be |
17 | required by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission or |
18 | the chairman or the minority chairman of the Appropriations |

1 | Committee of the Senate or the chairman or the minority chairman |
2 | of the Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives. |
3 | Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009, or | <-- |
