A RESOLUTION
1 Commending the Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs
2 for its promotion of Pennsylvania agriculture, 4-H and Future
3 Farmers of America, family values, scholarships and tourism.
4 WHEREAS, The Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs
5 is the showcase ADVOCATES FOR THE COUNTY FAIRS OF PENNSYLVANIA <--
6 WHICH ARE THE SHOWCASES of Pennsylvania agriculture; and
7 WHEREAS, The Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs
8 promotes 4-H and Future Farmers of America (FFA) activities; and
9 WHEREAS, The Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs
10 acts as a catalyst to bring families together and to share their
11 family values; and
12 WHEREAS, The Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs
13 provides scholarships for its queen contestants; and
14 WHEREAS, The fairs bring together people in this Commonwealth
15 and promote tourism; therefore be it
16 RESOLVED, That the Senate of Pennsylvania commend the
1 Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs for its promotion
2 of agriculture, 4-H and FFA, family values, scholarships and
3 tourism; and be it further
4 RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be presented to the
5 Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs.
