AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing, in hunting and furtaking
3 licenses, for license costs and fees.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 2709 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 2709. License costs and fees.

10 (a.1) Nonresident landowners.--A person who qualifies for an
11 adult nonresident hunting license or antlerless deer license as
12 a nonresident and who satisfies the requirements under section
13 2706(c) (relating to resident license and fee exemptions) for
14 the type of hunting authorized by the license shall be charged
15 the same applicable license fee as a resident.
