AN ACT
1 Exempting military personnel from occupational assessment, per
2 capita, poll or other similar taxes.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. No occupational assessment, per capita, poll or
6 other similar head tax shall be levied, assessed or collected on
7 any individual who is on active duty outside this Commonwealth
8 as a member of the United States Armed Forces.
9 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
