AN ACT
1 Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for Pennsylvania Gaming Control
3 Board.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 1201(h.1) of Title 4 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 1201. Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board established.

10 (h.1) Fiduciary relationship.--A member or employee of the
11 board shall serve as a fiduciary of the Commonwealth for
12 purposes of section 1102(1), (8), (9) and (11) (relating to
13 legislative intent).

15 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
