AN ACT
1 Designating a portion of State Route 315 in Plains Township,
2 Luzerne County, as Plains Township Boulevard.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Plains Township Boulevard.
6 The portion of State Route 315 located within Plains
7 Township, Luzerne County, is hereby designated and shall be
8 known as Plains Township Boulevard.
9 Section 2. Markers to be erected.
10 The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain
11 suitable markers which shall display the name of the road
12 designated in section 1 at each end of the boulevard.
13 Section 3. Effective date.
14 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
