        REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON JUDICIARY, JUNE 4, 2008

                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
     2     Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for the use of
     3     polygraph tests.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     7  Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
     8  § 9798.4.  Polygraph testing.
     9     In addition to any other conditions permitted by law, the
    10  Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole and county probation
    11  authorities may impose supervision conditions on individuals
    12  subject to registration under section 9795.1 (relating to
    13  registration) that include the use of polygraph tests.
    14     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
