AN ACT
1 Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for regulatory authority of the
3 Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 1207 of Title 4 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
8 § 1207. Regulatory authority of board.

10 (4.1) Require an audit of a licensed gaming entity that
11 fails to generate 85% of its anticipated revenues for a year.
12 The audit shall be conducted by the department.

14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
