AN ACT
1 Designating the Main Street bridge on State Route 69 in the
2 Borough of Sugar Grove, Warren County, as the AMVETS POW-MIA
3 Memorial Bridge.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. AMVETS POW-MIA Memorial Bridge.
7 (a) Designation.--The Main Street bridge on State Route 69
8 in the Borough of Sugar Grove, Warren County, is hereby
9 designated as the AMVETS POW-MIA Memorial Bridge.
10 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
11 maintain appropriate signs at each end of the bridge displaying
12 the name of the bridge.
13 Section 2. Effective date.
14 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
