Law, is repealed except as it pertains to mortgages insured by
the Federal Housing Finance Administration under Title II of the
National Housing Act (48 Stat. 1246, 12 U.S.C. 1707-1715z-18).
Section 2. Section 403-C(b) of the act is amended by adding

(b) * * *
(7) An application for mortgage assistance may be submitted
to the agency beyond the 30-day period specified in paragraph
(5), and, in such a case, the agency shall make a determination
within sixty (60) calendar days of receipt of the mortgagor's

foreclosure proceeding, but, in the event the application is
approved, any such foreclosure proceeding shall be stayed.
Section 3. Section 405-C of the act is amended by adding a
subsection to read:
Section 405-C. Assistance Payments.--* * *
