AN ACT
1 Designating the SR 0322 bridge over the Swatara Creek between
2 Derry and Swatara Townships in Dauphin County as the Major
3 Richard D. Winters Bridge.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Declaration of policy.
7 The SR 0322 bridge over the Swatara Creek on Paxton Street
8 between Derry and Swatara Townships in Dauphin County is hereby
9 designated as the Major Richard D. Winters Bridge.
10 Section 2. Signs.
11 The Department of Transportation shall erect appropriate
12 signs to indicate the designation in section 1.
13 Section 3. Effective date.
14 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
