AN ACT
1 Amending the act of February 14, 1990 (P.L.62, No.11), entitled
2 "An act providing for the registration and reporting of
3 certain noncontrolled substances; imposing additional powers
4 and duties on the Secretary of Health; and fixing penalties,"
5 further providing for chemicals subject to registration.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 3(a) of the act of February 14, 1990
9 (P.L.62, No.11), known as the Noncontrolled Substances Reporting
10 and Registration Act, is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
11 Section 3. Chemicals subject to registration.
12 (a) Specific chemicals.--The following substances, salts and
13 isomers shall be subject to the provisions of this act:

17 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
