AN ACT
1 Amending the act of April 14, 1868 (P.L.1083, No.1020), entitled
2 "A supplement to an act, entitled 'An act appropriating
3 ground for public purposes in the city of Philadelphia,'
4 approved the twenty-sixth day of March, Anno Domini one
5 thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven," deleting provisions
6 relating to licensing of passenger railways, and widening and
7 straightening approaches.
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. Sections 20 and 24 of the act of April 14, 1868
11 (P.L.1083, No.1020), entitled "A supplement to an act, entitled
12 'An act appropriating ground for public purposes in the city of
13 Philadelphia,' approved the twenty-sixth day of March, Anno
14 Domini one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven," are
15 repealed.
16 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
