                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of May 24, 1917 (P.L.297, No.160), entitled
     2     "An act authorizing the establishment of contagious disease
     3     hospitals in the several counties of the Commonwealth, to be
     4     constructed and maintained out of county funds."

     5     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     6  hereby enacts as follows:
     7     Section 1.  The act of May 24, 1917 (P.L.297, No.160),
     8  entitled "An act authorizing the establishment of contagious
     9  disease hospitals in the several counties of the Commonwealth,
    10  to be constructed and maintained out of county funds," is
    11  repealed.
    12     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
