AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for audible warning devices.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Section 4535 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
6 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
7 § 4535. Audible warning devices.

9 (b.1) Construction trucks.--Every construction truck shall
10 be equipped with an audible warning device of a type approved by
11 the department that will emit a sound when the vehicle is placed
12 in reverse.

14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
