AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of May 14, 1874 (P.L.175, No.105), entitled
2 "An act relating to accounts of the several county officers
3 of this commonwealth."
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The act of May 14, 1874 (P.L.175, No.105),
7 entitled "An act relating to accounts of the several county
8 officers of this commonwealth," is repealed.
9 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
