AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of April 17, 1861 (P.L.324, No.309), entitled
2 "An act to secure to Farmers certain rights in the Markets of
3 the city of Philadelphia."
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The act of April 17, 1861 (P.L.324, No.309),
7 entitled "An act to secure to Farmers certain rights in the
8 Markets of the city of Philadelphia," is repealed.
9 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
