AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of July 9, 1919 (P.L.795, No.329), entitled
2 "An act to fix the salaries of district attorneys in counties
3 having a population of less than one million inhabitants."
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The act of July 9, 1919 (P.L.795, No.329),
7 entitled "An act to fix the salaries of district attorneys in
8 counties having a population of less than one million
9 inhabitants," is repealed.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
