           AND YOUNGBLOOD, JUNE 16, 2003

        REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON STATE GOVERNMENT, JUNE 16, 2003

                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of June 15, 1911 (Appr. Act P.L.308), entitled
     2     "An act appropriating the sum of two hundred and fifty
     3     thousand dollars to the city of Philadelphia, toward the
     4     erection of buildings for the care and maintenance of feeble-
     5     minded and idiotic persons in said city, to be known as the
     6     Philadelphia Institution for the Feeble-Minded."

     7     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     8  hereby enacts as follows:
     9     Section 1.  The act of June 15, 1911 (Appr. Act P.L.308),
    10  entitled "An act appropriating the sum of two hundred and fifty
    11  thousand dollars to the city of Philadelphia, toward the
    12  erection of buildings for the care and maintenance of feeble-
    13  minded and idiotic persons in said city, to be known as the
    14  Philadelphia Institution for the Feeble-Minded," is repealed.
    15     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
