AN ACT
1 Requiring the official POW/MIA flag to be displayed at the
2 principal county office building in each county and at all
3 State government buildings.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Display of POW/MIA flag.
7 The official POW/MIA flag shall be displayed at the county
8 courthouse or the principal county building if other than the
9 courthouse in each county and at all State government buildings
10 throughout this Commonwealth.
11 Section 2. Effective date.
12 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
