                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of March 29, 1827 (P.L.154, No.75), entitled
     2     "An act for the better preservation of the records contained
     3     in the public offices of the several counties of this
     4     commonwealth," repealing provisions relating to judgment
     5     dockets.

     6     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     7  hereby enacts as follows:
     8     Section 1.  Section 3 of the act of March 29, 1827 (P.L.154,
     9  No.75), entitled "An act for the better preservation of the
    10  records contained in the public offices of the several counties
    11  of this commonwealth," is repealed.
    12     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
