AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for registration fees for trucks
3 and truck tractors.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 1916(a) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes, amended December 23, 2002 (P.L. ,
8 No.229), is amended to read:
9 § 1916. Trucks and truck tractors.
10 (a) General rule.--
11 (1) The annual fee for registration of a truck or truck
12 tractor shall be determined by its registered gross weight or
13 combination weight in pounds according to the following
14 table:

9 (3) The annual registration fee for a truck weighing
10 4,500 pounds or less shall be the same as the annual fee for
11 registration of a passenger car as specified in section 1912
12 (relating to passenger cars).
