AN ACT
1 Designating a portion of SR 11 in Salem Township, Luzerne County
2 as Salem Boulevard.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Salem Boulevard in Salem Township, Luzerne County.
6 (a) Designation.--The section of SR 11 in Salem Township,
7 Luzerne County from the boundary line between Shickshinny
8 Borough, Luzerne County and Salem Township, Luzerne County to
9 Bomboy Lane in Salem Township, Luzerne County is hereby
10 designated Salem Boulevard.
11 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
12 maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the highway to
13 traffic in both directions on the highway.
14 Section 2. Effective date.
15 This act shall take effect immediately.
