A RESOLUTION 1 Extending the time period for a report by the Joint State 2 Government Commission on how to best maximize the capability 3 of the Commonwealth's intermediate units. 4 WHEREAS, On May 21, 2001, the House of Representatives 5 adopted House Resolution No. 162, Printer's No. 1630, which 6 directed the Joint State Government Commission to study how to 7 best maximize the capability of the Commonwealth's intermediate 8 units and report to the House of Representatives on its study by 9 January 1, 2002; and 10 WHEREAS, More time is needed for the Joint State Government 11 Commission to properly complete the report; therefore be it 12 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives extend until 13 November 1, 2002, the due date for the report by the Joint State 14 Government Commission under House Resolution No. 162, Printer's 15 No. 1630.
