A RESOLUTION 1 Directing the Joint State Government Commission to study the 2 election procedures in this Commonwealth. 3 WHEREAS, The current problems in the State of Florida have 4 brought the election procedures in the other states into 5 question; and 6 WHEREAS, It would be of benefit to the citizens of this 7 Commonwealth as well as to the Legislature and other State and 8 local government officials to be informed as to any flaws in or 9 possible improvements which could be made to Pennsylvania 10 election procedures; therefore be it 11 RESOLVED, That the Joint State Government Commission study 12 the election procedures in this Commonwealth, including, but not 13 limited to, absentee ballots, voting machines and new
