                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, further providing for visual signals on emergency
     3     vehicles.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 4571 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
     7  Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
     8  § 4571.  Visual and audible signals on emergency vehicles.

    10     (c)  Department of Transportation motor carrier enforcement
    11  vehicles.--Motor carrier enforcement vehicles of the department
    12  may be equipped with revolving or flashing red lights.

    14     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
