AN ACT
1 Designating a portion of State Route 1026 in the Township of
2 Unity, Westmoreland County, as DePasquale Way.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. DePasquale Way.
6 (a) Designation.--The portion of State Route 1026 located on
7 the underpass under the Norfolk Southern Railway at the nearest
8 intersection of State Route 981 in the Township of Unity in
9 Westmoreland County is hereby designated as DePasquale Way.
10 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
11 maintain appropriate signs to indicate the designation in
12 subsection (a).
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
