                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of May 2, 1876 (P.L.193, No.174) entitled "An
     2     act authorizing lumber dealers, in the county of McKean, to
     3     adopt each a mark to be put upon logs and lumber of all
     4     kinds, and have the same registered in the office of the
     5     prothonotary of said county, and also fixing a penalty for
     6     defacing said mark or fraudulenty taking possession of any
     7     logs or lumber so marked or not."

     8     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     9  hereby enacts as follows:
    10     Section 1.  The act of May 2, 1876 (P.L.193, No.174) entitled
    11  "An act authorizing lumber dealers, in the county of McKean, to
    12  adopt each a mark to be put upon logs and lumber of all kinds,
    13  and have the same registered in the office of the prothonotary
    14  of said county, and also fixing a penalty for defacing said mark
    15  or fraudulenty taking possession of any logs or lumber so marked
    16  or not," is repealed.
    17     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
