                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating  a bridge over the Susquehanna River in Clinton
     2     County as the Constitution Bridge.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The bridge carrying State Route 150, on Segment
     6  270 at Offset 1048, over the West Branch of the Susquehanna
     7  River and affecting Woodward Township, Castanea Township and the
     8  City of Lock Haven, in Clinton County, is designated and shall
     9  be known as the Constitution Bridge.
    10     Section 2.  The Department of Transportation shall erect and
    11  maintain at each side of the bridge a sign displaying the name
    12  of the bridge.
    13     Section 3.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
