AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Central Penn Oncology Group.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The sum of $143,000 is hereby appropriated to the
5 Central Penn Oncology Group for the fiscal year July 1, 2000, to
6 June 30, 2001. Payment of this appropriation shall be made by
7 the Secretary of Health in equal quarterly payments.
8 Section 2. The Central Penn Oncology Group shall provide
9 full, complete and accurate information as may be required by
10 the Department of Health or the majority chairman or the <--
11 minority chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate
12 or the majority chairman or the minority chairman of the <--
13 Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2000, or
15 immediately, whichever is later.
