                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
     2     Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for
     3     registration of certain offenders for ten years.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 9793(b) of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania
     7  Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
     8  § 9793.  Registration of certain offenders for ten years.
     9     * * *
    10     (b)  Persons required to register.--
    11         (1)  Persons convicted of any of the following offenses
    12     that are classified as a felony and involve a victim who is a
    13     minor:
    14             18 Pa.C.S. § 2901 (relating to kidnapping) except by
    15         a parent.
    16             18 Pa.C.S. § 3121 (relating to rape).

     1             18 Pa.C.S. § 3122.1 (relating to statutory sexual
     2         assault).
     3             18 Pa.C.S. § 3123 (relating to involuntary deviate
     4         sexual intercourse).
     5             18 Pa.C.S. § 3124.1 (relating to sexual assault).
     6             18 Pa.C.S. § 3125 (relating to aggravated indecent
     7         assault).
     8             18 Pa.C.S. § 5902(b) (relating to prostitution and
     9         related offenses).
    10             18 Pa.C.S. § 5903(a)(3), (4), (5) or (6) (relating to
    11         obscene and other sexual materials and performances).
    12             18 Pa.C.S. § 6312 (relating to sexual abuse of
    13         children).
    14         (2)  Persons convicted of any of the following offenses
    15     regardless of the age of the victim:
    16             18 Pa.C.S. § 3121.
    17             18 Pa.C.S. § 3123.
    18             18 Pa.C.S. § 3124.1.
    19             18 Pa.C.S. § 3125.
    20             [18 Pa.C.S. § 3128(a) and (b) (relating to spousal
    21         sexual assault).]
    22         (3)  Persons convicted of 18 Pa.C.S. § 3126 (relating to
    23     indecent assault) [when the offense is a misdemeanor of the
    24     first degree].
    25         (4)  Persons convicted of 18 Pa.C.S. § 5901 (relating to
    26     open lewdness) if the offense involved a minor.
    27         (5)  Persons convicted of any of the following offenses,
    28     if the offense involved sexual contact with a minor:
    29             18 Pa.C.S. § 2910 (relating to luring a child into a
    30         motor vehicle).

     1             18 Pa.C.S. § 4304 (relating to endangering welfare of
     2         children).
     3             18 Pa.C.S. § 6301 (relating to corruption of minors).
     4         (6)  Persons convicted of attempt or solicitation to
     5     commit any of the offenses subject to this subsection.

     7     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
