AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of March 14, 1905 (P.L.37, No.19), entitled
2 "An act to fix the salaries of district attorneys, and
3 providing for the appointment of assistant district
4 attorneys, in the several counties of this Commonwealth
5 having over eight hundred thousand inhabitants; prescribing
6 the powers and duties, and fixing the salaries of the said
7 assistant district attorneys."
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. The act of March 14, 1905 (P.L.37, No.19),
11 entitled "An act to fix the salaries of district attorneys, and
12 providing for the appointment of assistant district attorneys,
13 in the several counties of this Commonwealth having over eight
14 hundred thousand inhabitants; prescribing the powers and duties,
15 and fixing the salaries of the said assistant district
16 attorneys," is repealed.
17 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
