AN ACT
1 Designating a section of Girard Avenue (SR 2006) in Philadelphia
2 County, Pennsylvania, as Roxanne Jones Avenue.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. That section of Girard Avenue (SR 2006) in
6 Philadelphia County, beginning at North College Avenue and
7 ending at 33rd Street, is hereby designated and shall also be
8 known as Roxanne Jones Avenue.
9 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
10 maintain road signs, which shall display the name of Roxanne
11 Jones Avenue, at the beginning and the end of the section of the
12 avenue designated in section 1.
13 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
