                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of November 10, 1959 (P.L.1400, No.497),
     2     entitled "An act providing for the annual registration of
     3     organized camps for children, youth and adults; defining the
     4     duties of the Department of Health of the Commonwealth of
     5     Pennsylvania; and prescribing penalties."

     6     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     7  hereby enacts as follows:
     8     Section 1.  The act of November 10, 1959 (P.L.1400, No.497),
     9  entitled "An act providing for the annual registration of
    10  organized camps for children, youth and adults; defining the
    11  duties of the Department of Health of the Commonwealth of
    12  Pennsylvania; and prescribing penalties," is repealed.
    13     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
