AN ACT
1 Amending the act of October 12, 1984 (P.L.964, No.188), entitled
2 "An act establishing certain fees to be charged by the Clerk
3 of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia," increasing fees; and
4 providing for additional fees.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 1 of the act of October 12, 1984
8 (P.L.964, No.188), referred to as the Philadelphia Quarter
9 Sessions Clerk Fee Law, is amended to read:
10 [Section 1. The following fees shall be received by the
11 Clerk of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia:
12 Appointment of special investigator................. $12.50
13 Appointment of special psychiatrist................. 12.50
14 Bail-Piece.......................................... 12.50
15 Bail bond entering of all types, including Sign Own
16 Bail (S.O.B.) and Release on Recognizance (R.O.R.).. 10.00
17 Bail forfeitures.................................... 12.50
18 Bench warrants...................................... 10.00
19 Bench warrants withdrawal........................... 10.00
1 Bill of particulars and discovery................... 12.50
2 Certified copy of record bill of information........ 12.50
3 Certified copy of disposition of criminal case...... 12.50
4 Certified copy of docket entries.................... 12.50
5 Common pleas court motion for new trial and/or in
6 arrest of judgment..................................... 10.00
7 Cost per one bill of information in each criminal
